CASE STUDY 01 Wellness Organisation — Instagram Teaching & Strategy 16+ months
A wellness organisation came to me wanting to get their message in front of the people they were most passionate about helping. Over more than a year of working together through regular teaching sessions, content strategy and ongoing support the results went far beyond what anyone expected.
It's worth being transparent: the organisation also ran a joint event with a visiting doctor from the US and partnered with another charity in April 2026, both of which gave their visibility a boost. But even in the quieter months, their views were running at more than 50 times where they started.

CONTEXT NOTE
April 2026 saw a spike in views partly due to the joint event. But February and March the quieter months still showed 13–14k views. That's more than 50 times the December 2024 starting point of 272. Their numbers rose dramatically and stayed there.
